Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

At Phuc Thien Toupee and Royal Hair Vietnam, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. To provide you with confidence in your purchase, we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, guaranteeing that you receive a high-quality product free from manufacturing defects.

Additionally, we provide a 60-day refund policy for eligible cases. However, since our products are custom-made to meet individual customer specifications, we require the following conditions to be met in order to process a refund:

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable for technical defects or manufacturing issues. Customers must provide unboxing videos and images as proof that the defect existed upon receipt. We do not accept claims involving third-party modifications, alterations, or damages caused by improper handling, incorrect usage, or external factors.

• A 70% refund will be issued based on the total order value, excluding shipping fees, transaction costs, and any additional service charges.

• The product must be in its original condition from the manufacturer—uncut, undyed, unaltered, and unused. Any modifications, including trimming, styling, or coloring, will void the refund eligibility.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure that the item is securely packaged for safe return to the manufacturer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund promptly and efficiently.

• Private agreements and direct communication will be prioritized to facilitate a smooth resolution of any disputes. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team to discuss their concerns and find the best possible solution.
