Multi-visit plans are for customers living in Ho Chi Minh City. Savings compare each package with the same number of individual USD 50 appointments.
Base repairs, hair refill, replacement hair systems and any other additional work are assessed and priced separately before work begins.
Buying a new hair system?
We waive the USD 50 maintenance fee when you order a new product from our store. New products start at USD 190.
Fitting for the new product is excluded and charged separately. Ask our team to explain the maintenance benefit and new-product fitting charges before ordering.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your system, cared for in five stages
Tell us about your base, usual adhesive and any areas that need attention. We confirm the appropriate work for your current system before the visit.
Careful removal & base clean-up
We loosen the existing attachment, lift off the system carefully and remove adhesive residue from its base.
Scalp refresh & separate hairpiece wash
Your scalp and natural hair are shampooed while the hairpiece is washed separately. We work through tangles gently and condition the hair where needed.
Fresh attachment & position check
After preparing the contact area, we apply an appropriate adhesive and refit the system. Its position and hold are checked with you.
Natural-hair trim & blending
We shorten overgrown side and back hair and blend it into the fitted system, helping the overall shape look balanced.
Finishing & styling
We shape the hair into the agreed finish and review the result with you before the visit ends.
Service illustrations are adapted from reference photographs. Genuine products are used throughout the maintenance process.
Make your appointment easier to arrange
Send your preferred date, a photograph of the system and its base, and the tape or glue you usually use. Mention lifting edges, adhesive build-up or tangles, and tell us if you intend to bring your regular attachment products.
Travellers can also share their accommodation area to help plan the journey. Residents can discuss a regular care plan. Appointment length depends on the condition of your system; please ask us to confirm the expected time when booking.

What does the USD 50 visit cover?
The appointment includes removal and base cleaning, washing, reattachment, a trim of overgrown natural hair and final styling. Repairs, hair additions and other extra work require a separate quotation.
Who can purchase a maintenance package?
The 3-, 6- and 12-visit plans are intended for customers living in Ho Chi Minh City. Contact us to arrange your package and individual appointments.
How does the new-product benefit work?
When you order a new product from our store, the USD 50 maintenance charge is waived. New products start at USD 190. Fitting the new product is a separate paid service.
Can you look after a topper or full wig?
Please send photographs and describe the base and attachment method first. We will check whether the maintenance visit is appropriate for your piece before confirming.
Can I request privacy?
Yes. A private room is available. Mention your preference when arranging the appointment.
Do I need to book, and how much time should I allow?
Contact us before travelling to the office. Share the condition of your system and your preferred date; our team will confirm availability and the expected appointment duration.
