What can we repair?
Base & lace repairs
Repair damaged base areas, replace mesh where suitable, or add or replace a lace front. Feasibility depends on the condition and construction of your system.
Hair restoration
Add hair to thinning areas or throughout the system, matching the existing colour. Grey hair and highlights can also be discussed.
Fit & style adjustments
Review a base resize, reduce excess density, or add longer hair to help correct an unsuitable cut. Some changes depend on the base design.
A simple repair process
01 · Send your photos
Show the top, underside, front hairline and damaged areas. Tell us what you want to improve and the result you hope to achieve.
02 · Review the assessment
Our team reviews the system and discusses the repair scope, indicative cost and timing. We may need to inspect the system before confirming the final work.
03 · Confirm & arrange repair
Approve the agreed work and follow our instructions for sending the hairpiece. We will coordinate the repair and return shipping with you.
How much does repair cost?
As a guide, repairs can cost approximately 20–50% of the system’s unit price, depending on the damage and work required.
This is an estimate, not a fixed quotation. Contact our team to confirm your repair scope, shipping costs and turnaround.
Repair or replace?
If the base or hair is too worn for a practical repair, we can discuss a replacement system. New customers ordering a new system may qualify for a repair discount of up to 50%; confirm eligibility and the final offer with our team.
Can you repair a system from another supplier?
Yes. We can assess hairpieces and wigs made by other suppliers. The available repair options depend on the materials, construction and current condition.
Can you change the size, length or density?
We can review resizing, adding longer hair, adding or reducing hair density, and adding grey or highlights. Not every base can be resized or restored, so send clear photos before arranging shipment.
