From your idea to your finished system

STEP 01

Share your requirements

Complete the online form. Include photos and your measurements; use the specification guide below if you need help choosing.

STEP 02

Confirm your design

We review the details with you, then confirm your base, hair options, quotation and shipping costs.

STEP 03

Approve & pay

Approve the final specifications and arrange payment. If a physical template or sample is needed, we will explain how to send it.

STEP 04

Production & delivery

Standard production: 6–12 weeks. Rush: 3–6 weeks, subject to design and availability. We confirm the schedule and notify you before shipping.

Need help choosing? Send photos of your existing hairpiece or the look you want. If you have a template or old system, mention it in the form so we can advise on matching the fit. Shipping time is separate from production time.

01 · Hair colour & grey percentage

Choose a colour code from the chart or provide a hair sample. Grey can be specified from 5% to 100%, using human hair or synthetic fibres. Tell us if the grey percentage differs between the front, sides, crown or back.

02 · Hair length & density

Hair length

Measure from root to tip and specify inches or centimetres. Men’s systems commonly use 6-inch hair.

Explore straight, wave, curl and Afro options in our Hair Texture catalogue. Include your preferred curl size in millimetres and hair length when ordering.

Hair direction & finishing

Eight hair direction options: Freestyle, Left-Part, Right-Part, Central-Part, Pompadour All Back, Central-Crown, Left-Crown and Right-Crown
Choose your preferred parting, brush-back direction and crown position. Left and right refer to the wearer’s perspective. Open large image ↗
  • Parting: left, right, centre or freestyle.
  • Crown: left, right or centre.
  • Brush-back front: mention this option if required.

04 · Base construction

Explore lace, skin, mono and combination bases in our interactive catalogue. Choose a model code and include it with your custom order. Our team will confirm the materials, size and any modifications.

05 · Base size & template

Provide both the width and front-to-back length of the area to cover, with the measurement units clearly stated. Identify whether you need a partial system, regular toupee, three-quarter cap or full cap. A physical template is the best reference for a precise custom shape; tell us if you already have one.

06 · Front contour & finishing

Choose your front contour and finishing preferences below. Include the reference code and any requested treatment in your order.
